Tracy is an exceptional coach and trainer! I know her as a result of taking part in her spinning classes. Tracy is the consummate professional: she does her research, she takes great care in understanding her clients' needs, and she is an inspirational leader! OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CLUB

  • Monthly social adventures including seasonal activities such as cycling, hiking, snowshoeing and Cross Country skiing. These activities are designed to get the TJ fit community together to share a fun active activity in the great outdoors.

GROUP INDOOR CYCLING

TRAINING ON ZWIFT

  • The TJ Fit indoor spin community will virtually ride and train together on Zwift. Rides will include Endurance, Strength (Hills) and Intervals. We will have a periodized program and will gradually work up towards doing such awesome events such as Alpe D’Huez, Mont Ventoux and virtual races.
